Acorn squash filled with cheese tortellini
ByChef Tyler Florence takes acorn squash, cuts them in half, scrapes out the seeds, and roasts them at 350 degrees. He then adds cheese tortellini, a rich alfredo nutmeg sauce, parmesan cheese, sage, and extra virgin olive oil and roasts them again briefly.
