While everyone else is sharing, this is my preferred method of carving a turkey:

The main difference is just that the Disney guy doesn’t leave the leg and thigh on while he slices the breast.

WasabiBratwurst, interesting name you have! I confess to being a purist and would never use an electric knife myself, but if it works for you then bravo!
