		<description>Though being trained in the hospitality industry in Europe, we never emphasized much on wine pairings back then.

I never paid much attention to it through the years either, until recently, when at a Thai Resto the waiter recommended a bottle of Riesling with the spicy dishes...unreal.

Now I am trying to catch up for lost years. Huge task!</description>

		<description>Nice post. I would probably not serve Sauvignon Blanc with turkey, but it wouldn&#039;t be terrible. Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, and Riesling would be my first choices.</description>
