Holiday Champagnes

This holiday season, even in tough economic times, many of us will delightfully splurge on celebratory champagne. We love this video clip from Dorothy J. Gaiter and John Brecher, authors of the Wall Street Journal’s “Tastings” column, which discusses prestigious champagnes for special occasions. They review the absurdity of over the top champagne packaging, the proper way to uncork a bottle, and the best glasses for bubbly serving.
