It was totally an innocent mistake but the flavor of the 6 year old can’t stand next to the well aged maturity of a 10 year old. My new favorite cheese this year is Creama Kasa by Carr Valley Cheese. Those Wisconsin’s sure know hot to make good beer and good cheese! We accidentally made a mistake of putting the 10 year old cheddar and the 6 year old cheddar next to each other.
