Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
ByScore! We found another amazing food blog! “Rockin the Stove” features Chef Shirlé Hale-Koslowski of Four Corners Cuisine serving up healthy vegetarian recipes.
In this video she shows us how to make an easy and affordable roasted red pepper hummus, using chick peas, roasted red peppers, fresh garlic, tahini, lime juice, lemon zest, spanish smoked paprika, salt, and water. This Middle Eastern snack with a Latin flair is perfect on sandwiches or as a dip for whatever your heart desires.

SCORE!!! for sure!!!
I whip up hummus every chance I get, and if I don’t have tahini on hand because I doesn’t keep well, I just use sesame oil instead.
Nice blog and video! Thanks again for another great resource
