I am currently in the Telluride area and visit Aspen often, eating tours there are a blast, but only doable when the wallet is feeling very fat! My favorite restaurant there is a Sushi place named Nobu Matsuhisa, there is a photo on the "about" page, absolutely the best sushi in Colorado. I wish that your restaurant were still there so that I could visit! Thank you Gordon, interesting that you lived there!
