After she demonstrated the omelet flip I proceeded to make my way into our home kitchen and break about 2 dozen eggs and a very big mess later....before I perfected the flip. I became known for my omelets by family and friends for years to come. Thanks for sharing this wonderful clip, brings back fond memories.
