		<description>I tried the recipe and I loved it. I have always used my mother&#039;s recipe which is very similar except I&#039;ve never had it with wine. I will use this recipe for my Christmas turkey except I won&#039;t use the turkey drippings it made the gravy salty so I had to start over and use store bought broth which worked out real well. I guess sometimes you have to fix a recipe a little when your as picky as me.  I love the way Hosea Rosenberg cooks he makes the recipes so easy to understand and prepare.  Thanks Hosea Rosenberg for the recipes.</description>
