I had it in June when, quite by accident, I walked into the Angelina’s that’s inside the Louvre Museum.
It was delicious, but tastes exactly like the Jello chocolate pudding mix (the kind you add milk to and cook over the stove for about 10 minutes ( not the instant variety.) I had read an article about Angelina’s hot chocolate years ago and was anxious to try it. I was really surprised when it tasted just like the chocolate pudding I make at home all the time from a mix. It was just a tad thinner, to make it drinkable.

I’m lucky enough to say I’ve sat in Audrey Hepburns favorite cafe and enjoyed her favorite hot cocoa – Chocolat L’Africain. It is pure, decadent heaven. Make it, you won’t regret it!

my favorite is always Dark Chocolate, i do not like Milk Chocolate because it is too sweet for my taste-’-

Once you say hot chocolate, I’m there. I just love it. The richer the better. I think that for something so special, only the richest ingredients will do. This recipe certainly lives up to the indulgent aspect of hot chocolate. Thanks for sharing.
