I enjoyed that clip on top chefs talking about street food, could have been a bit longer though. As a chef I very often have to reassure people that I enjoy and appreciate being catered for, especially in a domestic, social enviroment. My blog Post, titled “Honorary Chefs”, 28 nov 2009, talks about this exact issue. As for fast food versus fine dining, I would go fine dining every time.
