A Recipe For the Future: Are You There?

Premiering Tuesday, March 30th at 10pm ET, Homaro Cantu and Ben Roche.   Otherwise known as molecular gastronomists, successful restaurateurs, patent-owning mad scientists and celebrated futurists – the chefs are starring in a wild culinary ride of MythBusters meets Willy Wonka spawned with Alton Brown.  Planet Green follows the  antics of these two technology obsessed chefs who’s aim is  to change the world from a completely unexpected place , the kitchen – one concoction at a time.   In each episode of the eight part half hour series, the team is presented with a unique food challenge that taps into their gastronomical genius, allowing for a process of creative innovation that is as enjoyable to watch as it is eat.  Seafood without fish?  Food on paper?   Check it, and tune in 3/30.
